This is the diagram of 4W stereo power amplifier built based stereo power IC LM2877 with a few of external components. The circuit required single power supply with voltage range of 6VDC – 24VDC. Heatsink is a must to prevent over heating on the IC.

About LM2877:
The LM2877 is known as a monolithic dual/stereo power audio amplifier produced to deliver 4W/channel continuous into 8X loads. The LM2877 is designed to work along with a few external components, and still give flexibility for use in stereo phonographs, tape recorders and AM-FM stereo receivers, and so on. Each individual power amplifier is biased from a general internal regulator to present high power supply rejection and output Q point centering. The LM2877 is internally compensated for all gains higher than 10, and comes in an 11-lead single-in-line package.
